Choreographie Mercedes Ruiz
The artist from Jerez is to achieve an exploration of her own roots which are those of flamenco itself. The bailadora´ s wish is to give and share with the public her art, a melt of traditional pictures and personal creative touches.Years before, an universal genius, Antionio Gaudi, made this remark : “Originality is in a come back towards the origins.” Following thisn ideological line, Mercedes Ruiz has tried to gather the heritage of her native earth and of her predecessors to show it through her own look.
